CMP Information buys school-building exhibition firm

CMPi, the British B2B division of United Business Media, has bought an events firm specialising in secondary school “rebuilding and renewal”.

The publisher said Exposure Events would fit in with its portfolio of built environment titles, including Building magazine.

UBM has paid £600,000 in cash up front, with a further £1.9m due over the next two years depending on how well the firm performs.
