Four people have been arrested following the death of a man who tried filming a clash between police and the public, after widespread protests from Chinese bloggers and online journalists.
Wei Wenhua was kicked to the ground and beaten to death after he used his mobile phone to film the fight at a rubbish dump near Tianmen earlier this month, according to The Times.
