This year’s Christmas carol concert for journalists at St Bride’s, Fleet Street, will be in aid of the Victoria Climbie Charitable Trust.
The service, on the 21 December at 6:30 pm, organised by Luther Pendragon and St Bride’s Church, encourages all generations of journalists to return to their spiritual home in Fleet Street.
As well as the famous St Bride’s choir, there will be traditional and modern readings from Gavin Hewitt, special correspondent, BBC News; Anna Jones, presenter, BBC News 24; John Kampfner, political editor, the New Statesman ; Peter Oborne, political editor, The Spectator and Nick Pollard, head of Sky News. There will be wine and canapés afterwards.
A minimum donation of £5-aticket is being requested, with all .
proceeds going to the Victoria Climbie Charitable Trust.
