Reporter’s Guide in association with Unite the Union
Over the past 10 years Legal & General’s partnership with its union has benefited both employees and the business.
During this time, the union has gone through several iterations: MSF, then Amicus, and since its merger with the TGWU, Unite. Despite these changes, and the retirement of my predecessor who had served for more than a decade, partnership working has been constant and has become ‘second nature’ enabling Legal & General to embrace change in a fast moving market place.
We are confident that over the next 10 years, the success of partnership working will continue particularly due to Unite’s increasing influence in the finance sector.”
