Bass player of the pop band Blur, Alex James, has become associate editor of The Spectator – contributing a fortnightly column.
Deputy political editor of the Sunday Telegraph Melissa Kite has abecome a contributing editor – also writing a fortnightly column. Both will start next month.
A third change announced today is the appointment of Oscar Humphries as contributing editor.
Editor Matthew d’Ancona said: ‘Oscar has made fantastic contributions to Sarah Standing’s Style and Travel pages and I am delighted that he will now be writing throughout the magazine, not least as a Diarist.”
